I’m delighted that in coming months, I’ll be reading from my new novel In This Ground (and signing copies of the book) at Boston-area venues and in Central Massachusetts. Here are the details:

Monday, September 17th, 6 p.m.: I’ll be launching In This Ground at the Connolly Branch of the Boston Public Library in Jamaica Plain. During the launch, I’ll read from the book and discuss how Jamaica Plain’s historic Forest Hills Cemetery served as an inspiration.

Sunday, September 23rd, 2 p.m.: I’ll be reading from In This Ground at a concert and reception sponsored by contemporary music ensemble Row Twelve and taking place at the Harvard Public Library. The event, focused on the theme “America: Home,” will also feature performances by musicians, poets, and a dancer.

Saturday, October 6th, 2-4 p.m: I’ll be reading at the Shrewsbury Public Library.

Friday, October 19th, 7 p.m.: I’ll be reading at Porter Square Books, a wonderful independent bookstore in Cambridge. Edwin Hill will also be reading from his acclaimed mystery novel Little Comfort.

Saturday, November 3rd, 2-4 p.m.: I’ll be reading at Tatnuck Bookseller in Westborough. Anna Burke will join me, reading from her dystopian adventure novel Compass Rose.
